政府自2019年2月27日起再次優化科技券計劃，放寬申請資格， 並加倍資助金額，協助企業應用創新科技。
最新優化措施如下:

最新優化措施如下:
- 所有在香港註冊成立的公司及在本港成立的法定機構皆合符資格，不限營運時間 - 資助上限由二十萬元增加至四十萬元
- 每名申請者可獲批項目數目的上限由三個增加至四個
- 合資格的科技服務及方案得以擴大 (新增: 電腦輔助設計系統、智慧型機械人應用、產品管理系統及學校管理系統)

The government has enhanced the Technology Voucher Programme since 27 February 2019 for relaxing the eligibility. The funding ceiling per applicant are increase to help more companies to improve productivity, or upgrade or transform their business processes.

- All companies incorporated and registered in Hong Kong under the Companies Ordinance and statutory bodies set up in Hong Kong are eligible
- The funding ceiling per applicant increased from $200,000 to $400,000
- The maximum number of approved projects per entity increased from three to four
- The list of typical technological services and solutions are expanded
