To further enhance your email security and deliverability, it's critical to enable your DMARC policy. DMARC helps protect your domain from unauthorized use and phishing attacks by specifying how email receivers should handle messages that fail SPF or DKIM checks.

You can configure your DMARC policy through a TXT record in your domain's DNS settings. Here’s how to set it up:

• Log into your DNS Manager.
• Select the domain you want to protect.
• Create a new TXT record with the following format:
  v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:your_report_email@example.com; ruf=mailto:your_failure_report_email@example.com; fo=1
• Replace your_report_email@example.com and your_failure_report_email@example.com with actual email addresses where you want reports sent.

• p=none: No action is taken on emails that fail DMARC checks (useful for monitoring).
• p=quarantine: Emails that fail checks are treated as suspicious and may be sent to the spam folder.
• p=reject: Emails that fail checks are rejected outright.

• Regularly check the reports sent to your specified email addresses. These reports provide valuable insights into who is sending emails on behalf of your domain and whether they pass authentication checks.

• Start with a p=none policy to gather data, then transition to quarantine or reject as you gain confidence in your email authentication setup.
